If antibody is conjugated with nanoparticles at N-terminal via EDC/NHS method, how can the common illustration describe that antibody connects to nanoparticles at its C-terminal (Fc fragment)? Moreover, the antigen conjunction region is located at N-terminal, wouldn't it be hampered after coupling with nanoparticles?
