I should prepare anoxic media using sodium formate as substrate, the relevant research topic recommand the use of this substrate from anoxic stock solution with concentration of 40mM. I would like to prepare 1l of medium, how should i prepare the stock solution of Na formate and how many milliters should i take take from this stock solution to achieve the 40 mM?
