I have NMR graph and now I want to interpret the results out of them How can I interpret by using any software or resource. AS I am a biologist it is tough for me to understand given graphical data.....
I assume you are having proton NMR spectrums. In which format you are having them, pdf/jpeg/sk2 ?. If you are having some clues or guess about probable structures try Chemdraw nmr prediction function or nmrdb online resource. If you are having sk2 file for your spectrum you can process them using ACDlab. (http://www.acdlabs.com/products/adh/spectrusprocessor/nmr/).
Assuming you want to investigate small molecules and you have the appropriate licenses: for the software MestReNova there are also structure validation and spectrum prediction tools available. I used these for validating 1H spectra of compounds with known structure which worked quite satisfyingly.
Or did you perform protein NMR? Then there is as far as I know no intuitive software etc. available.
Anyway, interpreting NMR spectra (not graphics) is not that trivial and you need to understand at least some fundamental principles to be able to perform this task correctly. A good start for the theoretical background might be the lectures by James Keeler http://www-keeler.ch.cam.ac.uk/lectures/ If this is too theoretical I can recommend the book "Protein NMR: A Practical Guide" (http://www.protein-nmr.org.uk/). This focusses more on protein NMR but it is rather easy to understand.
