Why We found that graphene monolayer without any external effect gives an anisotropic results. I'm talking here about DFT, MD simulations.
knowing that graphene is an isotropic material.
I would appreciate any response.

anisotropic properties somehow can be speculated by the structure which targeted material present. so, there id no doubt that graphene does have
anisotropic properties. In regarding the mentioned simulations I don't have enough information.
Maybe we could discuss more if you explain well-enough the meaning you are looking for.

First of all i would like to thank you for your reply, i found in some papers that the stress, strain and young's modulus (pristine graphene) change as the direction change ,
example :
failure stress at 124 GPa and 130 GPa for armchair and zigzag directions respectively.
what 's the explication for this anisotropy?
Graphene is isotropic in linear approximation due to the its symmetry. The anisotropy emerges as second order (third fourth) correction.

For the question you have asked " failure stress at 124 GPa and 130 GPa for armchair and zigzag directions respectively. " I think this is the place we need Simulation, But I don't have sufficient information towards mentioned methods.
