I have an OEM system with an andor DU420 OE camera 255X1024 pixels connected to a OEM echelle spectrograph for raman at 785

I know nothing about the echelle spectrograph, focal lenght, l/mm grating, etc?

I can see the image for a mercury -argon calibration lamp with nice spots in different rows on the echellogram , about 12.5 pixels per row, so about 18 rows along the 1024 horizontal pixels.

However, I have no idea how to convert the 2D image to peaks

I know the Mechelle system pulls the data directly from the image and you can define the channel height (normally 5pixels) as well as automatic extraction

I cant just select the Mechelle option from Solis, because the camera is not supported by Mechelle type, I have tried changing the xml setting file , but cant find any option to change the size of the CCD form 1024x 1024 which is the normal ccd size for Mechelle instruments.

I can , however change the pixel size height (default 13um) to 26 um for the idus DU420.

Any ideas how to do this?
