Hi there,

the easiest, cheapest and practically very much feasible for any researcher is the using the R package WGCNA.

What you need is: knowledge in R, a brief introductory practice of WGCNA to use the modules and a computer of general configuration (Any O.S.)

The other method is using LIMMA package of R.
