Hello!

I am currently doing an experiment where subjects are fed one of four diets every 24 hours over a 72 hour period. The survival of an individual is also being recorded at every 24 hours (0 as dead, 1 as alive). All subjects are weighed before and after being fed their respective diet, and the mass difference is the amount of food consumed (g).

What test would I run if I wanted to look at whether survival (binomial) can be predicted by treatment (categorical)? Also, should an ANCOVA be used to test if the amount of food consumed from the previous day(s) (0 and 24hr mass change) influences survival and food consumed for the next day (at 48hrs)?
