Hello Rupesh, freezing can barely affect different flour content (i.e. RS or DF etc.). but for sure you can keep the ground sample in a blast freezer. I also suggest you to ask the question from Prof. Barry in Megazyme, Ireland (find his email in customer service of Meg. website). He is the one who can certainly give you the best answer.
