For several years information has been appearing suggesting that one of the factors of the dynamic development of cryptocurrencies in electronic settlements and the transfer of funds via the Internet is the high level of network dispersion forming the blockchain system, under which settlements are made, a high level of security of online transactions, a high level anonymity and difficulties in detecting entities or persons involved in the transaction, e.g. involving money laundering while using cryptocurrencies for this purpose. Detection of this criminal activity is difficult. Especially if these online transactions are carried out using multiple computers located in different countries, in different regions of the world. Then, close cooperation between public order services, police, etc. is necessary in many countries. International cooperation of economic crime services and exchange of information on the analyzed internet transactions and blochchain technologies used, cloud computing, Internet of things, internet banking and other information technologies are necessary ICT, Internet and Industry 4.0 used for this type of online financial transactions and transfer of funds, which can also be carried out using cryptocurrencies.
