Mention, pumps and valves to be opened and closed as well as the vacuum regimes the pumping would be done till you achieve the expected vacuum of 1.0 x 10-9 torr. Also, draw the possible pump down profile from atmosphere till 1.0 x 10-9 torr.
In your given schematic, if you want to achieve UHV from atmospheric pressure then you should follow the following steps.
1. At first turn on the rough pump and open the roughing valve untill ~10^-3 torr reached.
2. After reaching that pressure now close the roughing valve and turn on turbo pump and open the foreline valve and high-Vac valve near the turbo. It will take some time to reach ~10^-6 torr.
3. After reaching to the High Vacuum (10^-6 torr to 10^-7 torr) now you can turn on the Ion pump followed by opening the high-vac valve near Ion pump. Close the high-vac valve near turbo and turn off the turbo and rough pump. After starting of Ion pump the pressure may be go to 10^-8 torr. Now you can fire the TSP (Titanium Sublimation Pump) after some time gap as per manual of your system (It's typically 400 minutes gap between two consecutive firing if pressure is ~10^-8 torr)
*Note that to measure the pressure you can use Pirani gauge for rough vaccum and turn on Ion gauge after pressure reaching to high vacuum (minimum 10^-5 torr)
