The website looks a little "weird" for me. Speakers from all over the disciplines from Maths, Drug delivery .........
Does anybody knows better about this conf?

You stumbled on something ‘remarkable’. I think there is a genuine AMSE 2024-International Conference on Advanced Materials Science and Engineering July 12-14, 2024 Yokohama, Japan https://amse.net/index.html (not 100% sure about their legitimacy but for example their 2019 event looks trustworthy).
I suppose you stumbled on this one: 5th International Conference on Advanced Material Sciences and Engineering (AMSE) Opatija Croatia 23-26 July 2024 https://istci.org/amse2024/ Beside the obvious stealing of the name (Sciences instead of Science) there are numerous red flags that this one is fake:
-The ‘organization’ behind is called “International Science and Technology Conference Institute (ISTCI)” but the first picture on their homepage (https://istci.org ) is most likely taken from an event they have no relation to whatsoever https://sccei.fsi.stanford.edu/reap/content/parenting-future and their contact info leads to a … well not that trustworthy environment (9B, Cheong Tai Commercial Building, 66 Wing Lok Street, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong)
-See the ‘quality’ of their invitations https://science-education-research.com/international-congress-on-advanced-materials-sciences-and-engineering/
-One of the (claimed) speakers is Hans Fecht. His name Is linked to a number of dubious conferences:

For now I think these speakers are not aware that their name is misused and if they are then they are at best naive to associate themselves to dubious partners.
Anyway I can go on with the list but personally I would not trust this one and avoid them.

Thank you for this complex answer. Indeed there is something weird here. I looked over the chairwoman of the conference. I dont know the person but I looked over the google scholar. There was the first question sign.

The person you looked for is a member of RG https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Vera-Gradisnik if you are still in doubt (like me) then you could try to contact her.
She seems to take some pride for being involved in the AMSE-2022 conference (with a link of IEEE)Conference Paper Welcome to AMSE-2022
which tells me something about the credibility of the former event. Perhaps she has something comforting to say (if really involved) about the AMSE-2024 event?
