May be Lisrel.. But AMOS was really good.. I even write them to extend the trial period but no hope.. Virtual Assistants said that they had extended SPSS trial period but not AMOS

Nazime Tuncay I have never tried it but I know "R" does some basic SEM and it is open source. There is a Lavaan module that handles much of the process there.

There is also an online solution at WebSEM: Structural Equation modeling Online. See the link below. BTW, I bumped around a bit and the manual seems to be largely under development. However, they do have a YouTube channel (see link). Best of luck. -jd

It seems to differ a little from amos (like it has explicit tirangles). so a fist step would be to run a model that you know about from amos and get the same results

I forgot what they mean -- it may be inclusion if mean levels when doing betas cross-lagged over time (this is implicit in amos, but i looked it up some years ago when i saw a paper that argued that one needs to include those in cross-lagged models -- that got me into onyx for a little time)
