Our lab has had great success with a range of PCRs using Kapa 2G Robust - particularly good with dirty samples and tricky PCRs that either fail or struggle to amplify well with standard Taqs. The issue is Kapa decided to use an alternative distributor, which effectively means we need to order our polymerase 6 months in advance (I wish I was joking, but actually true). Kapa don't seem to care.
So... what other engineered/evolved polymerases do you like for routine PCR work? (I already like Phusion/iProof polymerase for long/proofreading work, but wanting something for the mundane stuff).

- You have to use the alternative polymerase for routine work and look at the results in a limited period of time. If you have the same result above, the replacement will help you. regards P.S.
I usually use the Premix Taq™ (TaKaRa, Japan) for routine PCR and its products are used to agarose gel electrophoresis test. qRT-PCR are often performed using 2X TB Green™ Premix Ex Taq™ (TaKaRa, Japan). Clonal PCR are performed using PrimeSTAR HS (TaKaRa, Japan). According to my experience in the lab, these polymerases are worth trying.
