I amplified 3 fragments A,B,C for SOE and all have amplified. When SOE was tried it failed.So fragments B,C were fused using soe and then A was tried to be fused with B+C.Now,it gives a smear and no bands are visible.Even gibson has failed.Can anything be done?

All the fragments have correct overlaps also
