I am doing a research about antioxidant and antibacterial activities of the extracts of plants, part of my study was extracting them by freeze dry (FD) and I need it to use a lyophilizer to lyophilized my sample but we dont have a lyophilizer can you suggest any alternative for it

For research work and for getting extract you will not require lyophilzer. You cam get extract either through cold press techniques, heating, perocolation, or solvent extraction method.

Some researchers freeze dry organic material before performing an extraction using organic solvents, either to preserve the material between harvesting and when they can perform the extraction, and / or to remove the water. Water from the organic matrix can cause downstream problems in processing and may need to be removed. This will of course depend on your polar extraction solvent. Some researchers use a high speed parallel evaporation or a freeze drying system after extraction and 2D separation to preserve the fractions, concentrate the sample and remove separation solvents before later analysis or activity screening.
