In protocol of preparation of 4-MU standard curve, I made a serial dilution of 4-MU from 0 to 2 µmol/L (1cc) and I added 2cc EDTA 0.1 mol/L (pH=11.5) to stop florescence reaction to all, but my result is not good, Is my method correct?
