It is exceptionally long movie on his YT profile. And this alone could indicate on particular fascination indirectly confirming the true character of recorded phenomenon. Mere 441 views from Nov 11, 2017 means that they were clearly not sure what it was they were actually observed, and because of that they didn't care about publicity. Rather on contrary - it seems they could easily underestimate the significance of this phenomenon... but they might as well not want to brag about it if it was some trick with, e.g., the reflection in the window.

As I already written, it is really hard to differentiate between artificial and natural effects, anyway, also in the cases of night lights in the clouds. So, you may easily stay sceptical in both considered here cases.

However: Once (it happened few years ago near Belgrade, if I remember well), I was witnessing a similar effect soon after sunset, when it was already dark. But I hadn't seen it on the background of clouds. I had seen effect of wandering many lights directly on the ground. Effect, which I was then trying to explain with reflections of sun rays from Iridium satellite, as I could not find better rational explanation. (There was a lot of them, the specles of light, so it could not be, e.g., a drone, as today many observers of such lights in the sky suspect. All that was also in almost complete silent conditions typical for late evening time. Nothing apart these silent lights was disturbing this common evening.)

Now, I think it could be as well good the light from the Moon refracted by clouds. They were very regular, though. These lights, I mean and their pattern. The lights of ca. 1 m diameter or even more were whirling slowly (sometimes stopping, sometimes scanning the surface in slow movement around the circles of ca. 10 m or more radius (and occassionally reversing) in regular patterns on the lawn shining through trees obscuring the view at the sky so I couldn't see their source. They resemble very well distinguished the disco sphere effect on the ground in the macro scale. The 1 m or so round specles of light have diffused (and not sharp) edges and were dimly whitish. Nevermind, clearly discernible on the background of dark lown between the not too densely distributed trees. All that lasted for at least few minutes. I didn't try to record it as the lights were hardly seen even with bare eyes.

This than seen image make me think later about the likeness of this pattern to the agroglyphes. That is why I now think about the moonlight origin of then seen by me phenomenon rather. If in the place of the Moon at the night, there was the Sun at the noon, it could easily bake the blades of crops in similar regular round patterns in moments when the movement of much more intensive specles was occassionally and in regular intervals stopped for few seconds, just as I was observing this in that memorable night.

We need to remember about yet stranger light phenomena in the sky, which the sprites of charged particles from the above of clouds electrical discharges upward into the sky are causing. These were only recently explained this way.

It is worth to notice that the rings remind the two from the second example in this collection. Moreover these "medusea" formations contain denser "braids" which (while oriented vertically, and not horizontally as at this image) could act as cyllindrical fiber optics do to provide dense spots of light below them, especially while illuminated from above and not aside.
