If the tuning solution is new, you can try a new tuning solution from a different batch. I have had experience with a contaminated batch tuning solution.

Check the full spectrum in manual mode to get a better idea of the situation.

I think it is best to contact Agilent.

Is it MS1 or MS2 or both? You can go into manul tune and adjust gain and offset only for positive mode for either ms1 or ms2 separately.

Also you check the box to reset to factory settings.

You may clean your ion transfer capillary and try to tune again.
