Due to the current US government shutdown, NOAA's world ocean atlas (WOA) is currently offline. Did anyone saved and could share, or knows how to get access to, the WOA13 v2 GIS rasters in ASCII format for all the available variables (salinity, temperature,...)?
I would suggest going to the archived page for that site through the following site: https://archive.org/web/
Once you are there, search for your site and it shows you the snapshots when the website was captured. If lucky, you could be able to find what you are looking for.
