Academic integrity and influence of teacher is less in distance/blended learning environment in comparison with classroom teaching. Some worksheets, exercises, assignments, interactive activities, roleplay, simulation, moral story, etc. may be helpful to maintain some extend it.

Why is this desirable? If by "integrity" you mean lack of collusion then why not use this urge to promote teamwork?
The individualist assessment of students found within highly controlled examination environments has no parallel outside of the academic world. Much more important are the skills that people must develop in order to be effective members of teams that negotiate and reach common goals.
it is better to engage students in collaborative and guided inquiry where they help each other learn and present so collective feedback can be given which is accepted by all students.
