We have a research titled: The Effect of Urban Expansion on Temperatures in the City of Tobruk, Libya.
It was observed from (Power NASA) website data that there is a rise in the minimum temperatures, with a decrease in the maximum temperatures inside the city, and the opposite occurs in its outskirts.
We need a scientific explanation for this, and allow the specialists to express their opinion on the matter.

Libya has a combination of a desert climate, which is typically dry, and a Mediterranean climate, which is marked by cold, wet winters and hot, dry summers. There are significant temperature differences between day and night, as well as between summer and winter.
