This is note and theoretical question at the end.
I tried and applied "Term Type = Noun phrases" together with "Node types = term". Experience is that this is the most successful way to find important meaningful expressions in the research topic. Thanks to the author. Can you say in a couple of words, what method is used here?

For details, see 2010 JASIST paper. Briefly speaking, this is the process: POS tagging first, then noun phrases are identified and extracted, these are called terms as a node type.
