so..it is one problem..
After cathode material slurry tape casting on Al or SUS foil, the particles appear on Al or SUS foil.
I don't know why particles appear on foil after tape casting.
NCM as cathode material and Super-p as conductive material
solid electrolyte powder as ion conductor!
the binder is PEO(MW=600000) 10wt% in ACN(=It is solvent!!) .

it also depends on the mixing device and viscosity of dispersion. Ultrasound works good for low-viscous dispersions. What mixing device are you using?
Our mixing device is Thinky mixer made by THINKY !
mixing steps are total 5 times(2000RPM, 5min)
i think that the slurry affect heat in device batch !
Do you see the particles in the slurry before the coating step? Than I would say, the slurry is not stable. Try to find some dispersing additives. For example BYK Additives (company).
