I think a UDF may help you to find aspect ratio E. In the UDF there is need to calculate horizontal distance Dh and vertical distance Dv of the bubble. Hence, E=Dv/Dh,

In the figure, I am giving you an example of UDF.

Besides this, There is sufficient literature is available in which the guidelines are given.
