ABOUT aerosol sampling time for cascade impactor for analysis of multiple components metals, WSIC, WSOC, EC OC

I am looking to do analysis of metals, WSOC, EC and OC, water soluble ions from the quartz filter of 47 mm from cascade impactor. I need to know how long be sampling time in order to collect sufficient amount so to have analysis done?
