I have precipitated all the peptides using diethyl ether. They are Fmoc FF based peptides. What could be the triplet around 1ppm. If it is diethyl ether then why I am not able to clear it up by vacuum drying or heating at 60 degrees. Please help me to get rid of this peak. Your valuable suggestions are welcomed.
