Hello everyone!

I'm using the GeneFinder 19 Plus RealAmp kit from ABI 7500 for the diagnosis of SARS-CoV-2 by RT-PCR. A decrease in RdRp (FAM) fluorescence was found in proportion to the increase in N (JOE) fluorescence.

I am afraid of interference!!! and would like to have your opinion on it. 

Enclosed are profiles of other patients known to be positive for SARS-CoV-2, patients known to be negative for SARS-CoV-2, and positive and negative quality control from the same practice.
