Dear colleagues,

I have put a new "report" on the 4PB Platform of Jorge Pais dealing with the A(sphalt) C(ondrete) P(avement) - F(fatigue) model. 5 different fatigue life definitions are investigated using 18 4PB fatigue tests under controlled deflection mode at a frequency of 30 Hz. The Zwick 4PB device was able to control the target strain values within +/- 1 microstrain even in phase III "Crack propagation". As expected the fatigue life definition Nph was often located in the starter of the transient zone between phase II and phase III. For practical (objective) use the fatigue life Nmn* seems attractive. Nmn* is a modification of the ASTM norm (location of the maximum value for the product of N times Smix) by taking the square root of N instead of N. In the next report I will pay attention to the use of Wim van Dijk's dissipated energy law.
