From the LC/MS data, I found 13'-OH-α-tocopherol,
it has one oxygen atom add from C29 H50 O2 (α-tocopherol) to C29 H50 O2
(13'-OH-α-tocopherol). Is this compound still considered vitamin E
(α-tocopherol)? Is it also acts like α - tocopherol?

to my knowledge α-13’OH was the main product of α-TOH metabolism. it's formed by hepatic α-tocopherol (α-TOH) catabolism and acts as a regulatory metabolite. It is a reagent used in the laboratory, intended only for research.
