1. Primitively before the advent of TRNSYS 18, new window optical data can be generated with WINDOW software and can be added in TRNBUILD with no error. But it seems one has to use TRNSYS18.std file with the latest TRNSYS version. I have read the documentation but I could not find any information about this .std file. Can anyone please enlighten me? Please find attached the optical data I generated from the window software and the information I found relating to .std file in the documentation.
2. Assuming I am successful with my first question and I have to deal with the opening and closing of these windows in the TRNBUILD. Where do I find the equations to use in my simulation?. I know these equations has to be a function of the solar radiation (which will be one of my input in the equations) but perhaps, how do I assess the detailed explanation of all equations relating to daily, monthly and yearly schedule?
I hope someone will have answers to my questions.
