What is the reason for the 2D peak disappearing in this Raman spectrum?

We have synthesized 'graphene' on the MO-GaN with ethylene. As you can see in the raman spectrum, the 2D peak is disappeared. Can anyone help me explain this phenomenon? Thanks a lot !
