Hi all, When you are using ddPCR to detect singe point mutations (eg: T>G), and the DNA concentrations of the samples are very low, which probe do you think is better? MGB or LNA? Many thanks!

Does anybody know the DNA concentration of cerebrospinal fluid in normal control people?

Hi all, I am trying to compare the DNA concentration of CSF in cancer patients and normal controls with ddPCR. Does anyone know about the average read of copies in normal controls? Thanks ahead.
