I try to do antifungal test on fusarium but this is the result i got & there's no zone of inhibition that appeared. do anybody know why?

the fungal tested is fusarium oxysporum and the plant extract i used for treatment is tridax procumbens. i have no idea why there's a lot of white dot appear. is it contamination from bacteria?...
