Does anybody have experience with karyotype analysis in dogs? I'd really appreciate tips to make chromosome counting a little easier!

We're doing karyotyping in mammary cancer cells, but it is really difficult to count chromosome number accurately.. The autossomes are all acrocentrics and tiny, requiring a long time to take pics...
