In calcium estimation using Alizarin red S assay, how do we arrive at the calcium concentration (in mM) from alizarin red S concentration (in mg/ml)

I have the std curves alizarin red solution using CTCI also have the total protein cantent values to which Ca conc. has to be normalized.eg: The concentration of ARS in mg/ml = 3.8766
