I want to use CAS9 systems to knock in expression cassette into CHO cells to make stable cell lnes. how do I choose the hot spot for knocking in?

Cas9 is a good genome editing tool. I want to make stable cell lines using CAS9 knocking in tech. I don't know how to choose hot spot for inserting. Does anybody know about it?
