Is there a way to analyse CAT12 thickness data(.gii & .dat) using Surfstat?

Dear all, I have got caortical thickness from T1 image as CAT12 format (.gii & .dat) and I want to do vertex-wise mixed linear model analysis. But surfstat doesn't seem to support CAT12...
