How can I replace the ferrous sulfate heptahydrate and Na2EDTA two different salts with a single salt FeEDTA and in which ratio?

In the recipe of a tissue culture media, I need to use 27.85 mg/l ferrous sulfate heptahydrate and 37.25 mg/l disodium EDTA dihydrate. My lab has FeEDTA salt stock but not the above said two salts...
