I am currently using AutoDock Tools 1.5.6, but my display seems to be grainy, anyone know how to solve it?

I am currently doing my final year project and so i am using autodock tools. But the display on my laptop doesn't seems right as it is grainy and dark. I couldn't see my receptor clearly.
