I am looking for a guide to scoring the RSA, 33 item scale. I can't find a scoring template in published articles. Does a scoring template exist?

I am in need of a manual or guide that would allow me to identify which Resilience Scale for Adult items are reversed score, and how to score the entire measure (also if there are cut-offs, etc.)....
