Hello is there an alternative of a plate shaker, but for 1.5ml (or 0.2ml) tubes?

It's about MagMAX™ mirVana™ Total RNA Isolation Kit. Due to lack of samples, I want to use tubes instead of plates for manual extraction. Protocol suggests, a plate shaker at 700, 950rpm etc etc....
