Has anyone got an idea about separation of inner and outer chloroplast envelope membranes from Nicotiana benthamiana?

We could isolate intact chloroplasts, but we are facing difficulties in obtaining outer and inner envelope membranes on a sucrose gradient.Suggestions are welcome
