Which is the best SSR primer set for varietal identification of T. monococcum and of T. aestivum? Are there any reference databases?

I'm looking for a panel of DNA primers for performing varietal identification of T. monococcum and T. aestivum. In addition I'm looking for a reference database of varieties and microsatellite values.
