Can we get sheet resistance from hall measuement?

I have done hall measurement. I used Indium metal contact. But I -v Curve is showing saturation at edge. Is this data reliable . Can I take conductivity vale and measured sheet resistance.?

How to know the breakdown mechanisms of MIS structure from the I-V curve?

Here I attach the I-V curve and I want to know the diode is ok or not. Why there is no sharp breakdown in reverse and forward directions?
