I want extarct and quantifiy the Lecithin, Bees wax and soft paraffin wax in cosmetic cream. How I can proceed?

I want try with FTIR-ATR, by extracting in chloroform. Lecithin, Bees wax share same chemical nature (fatty ester group) so I’m thinking I may not successful by approach?. Please anybody help me...
