Which surfactants can I use for dispersion of fine metal powder in UV-curable organic systems?

I want to disperse fine metal powder in solvent-free UV-curable mixtures of low viscosity (< 200 mPas). Any particle  agglomeration and sedimentazion must be hindered ny the surfactant.
