Most people use Westerns to measure TJPs, but i did find a few Elisa kits. So why is Western more popular for tight junctions?

Does anyone know how to quench blood autofluorescence in paraffin human brain tissue?

I am staining for CD163 in human tissue embedded in paraffin. I expect to find most of my staining in the perivascular space, but I cannot get rid of blood autofluorescence.
