Has anyone ever tried running a qPCR with 10ul instead of 20ul using the Applied Biosystems Sybr Select MasterMix? Is this even recommended?

I'm asking as I need to run a lot of reactions and am trying to minimize on the cost.. By the way we have the 7500 FAST system.
