Does anyone use PEG + ethanol to store brain tissue at 4 degrees C?

Trying a new way to store human brains. I do not have experience with PEG. Any idea how the tissue appears next to tissue stored in anti-freeze? Thanks

Is it possible to refix a human brain after cryostat protecting it?

I am not familiar with the fixation process that the brains have been subjected to you. However, we have placed them in -80 C to ready for sectioning, but the tissue falls apart. Any suggestions?
