Is it possible to get a CV using SH-(CH2)n-O-Ar-N=N-Ar-COOH or goldNPs embedded compounds attached with enzyme onto the GC or Gold electrode ?

I am planning to investigate the biological attachment and making  a sensing tools using the liquid crystals through CV method. Could you suggest me to find an alternative way like PL, UV-Vis etc...
